Fluff 为订阅制 Web 软件服务，付款后即时开通，无实体交付。产品正式开放时间待定；开放后价格以本页公示为准，并与结账页逐字一致。

订阅规则
计费与续订
Plus 与 Premium 为按月自动续订订阅。自首次扣款之日起，每月在同一日期自动从你保存的支付方式扣款，直至你取消。订阅在付款成功后立即开通，权益即时生效。
取消
你可以随时取消——在站内「我的 → 订阅与账单 → 管理订阅」跳转至支付平台客户门户完成取消，全程不超过 3 步，无需联系客服、无需说明理由。取消后权益保留至当前计费周期结束，之后自动降为免费版；降级时超出免费版上限的角色关系转为暂停（可读历史、不可发新消息），记忆按免费版 7 天规则处理，我们会在降级生效前 3 天站内提醒。
退款
月付订阅：已扣费用原则上不退，但当前周期内如遇服务重大故障可联系客服处理。年付订阅：扣款后 7 天内可全额退款。所有退款原路退回至原支付方式。
价格变更
如调整价格，我们会提前至少 30 天站内通知；老用户在主动取消前按订阅时的原价格锁定，不受调价影响。
支付处理
付款由第三方支付服务商（Merchant of Record）处理并开具凭证，你的账单流水上的商户名以该服务商名称为准；Fluff 不在本网站收集或存储你的完整卡号信息。税费（VAT/GST/销售税）由支付服务商按用户所在地计算并代缴。
Billing & Subscription Rules (English)
Billing & renewal
Plus and Premium are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You will be charged on the same date each month to your saved payment method until you cancel. Access is activated immediately upon successful payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time — go to "My → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription" in the product, which takes you to the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation takes no more than 3 steps, requires no contact with support and no reason. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan. On downgrade, relationships beyond the Free plan limit become paused (history readable, no new messages) and memory retention follows Free plan rules; we will notify you in-product 3 days before any downgrade takes effect.
Refunds
Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a major service failure occurs in the current period — contact support in that case. Annual plans may be refunded in full within 7 days of charge. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Price changes
If we change prices, we will notify you in-product at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers keep their original price until they cancel.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record, which issues your receipts/invoices and appears as the merchant name on your statement. Fluff does not collect or store your full card details on this website.
